Vertex Security engineered a state-of-the-art, fully cloud-based security and communication infrastructure for 164 4th Ave, designed for seamless management and enhanced convenience. Our detailed scope of work included the following key components:

Cloud-Based CCTV: A Hanwha Wave system was deployed with 140 cameras, providing extensive surveillance that is entirely cloud-managed for flexible access and robust storage.

Cloud Access Control: Brivo Cloud access control was implemented across 34 doors, offering secure, scalable, and remote management of all entry points.

Integrated Intercom & Virtual Doorman: A Comelit app-based intercom system was seamlessly integrated with Carson, functioning as a virtual doorman service. This innovative solution allows for efficient management of deliveries and packages, significantly reducing operational costs by eliminating the need for a physical doorman. No physical intercom units were required in apartments, streamlining the system for residents.

Elevator Access Control & Surveillance: Both elevators feature integrated access control per floor, ensuring residents can only access authorized levels, complemented by onboard cameras for enhanced security.

Automated Entryways: Door operators for the front and vestibule doors were fully integrated with both the access control and intercom systems, providing a unified and convenient entry experience for residents and visitors.
