SCOPE OF WORK
For this prestigious project, Vertex Security engineered a state-of-the-art, entirely localized security ecosystem befitting a landmark luxury destination. Our detailed scope of work included the following key components:
Intercom System: An Aiphone IX Series IP video concierge system was implemented for the 12 luxury condominiums, providing seamless and secure communication.
CCTV System: A comprehensive 393-camera IP CCTV system was deployed, managed by Milestone VMS. This system provided full coverage designed to be virtually invisible, respecting the privacy and aesthetic demands of high-profile guests.
Access Control: We integrated Keyscan with Dorma Kaba hardware across:
- 314 doors
- 24 elevators
- 91 hotel rooms
A paramount client directive was maintaining an offline, fully local system to protect the privacy of high-profile guests, necessitating a comprehensive re-customization of the entire infrastructure for exclusive onsite operation, even given its significant scale. Our team also developed custom-made camera brackets to blend seamlessly with the hotel’s exquisite design, ensuring both high performance and unfailing reliability without compromising the property’s luxurious aesthetic.
