SCOPE OF WORK
Vertex Security delivered a cutting-edge, cloud-managed security and access solution for 1 Park Row, integrating advanced technology across its 24 floors. Our detailed scope of work included the following key components:
Access Control & Intercom: A comprehensive ButterflyMX cloud IP system was installed, featuring 5 keypad doors, 2 entry panels, 1 central command station, and integration with 3 elevators, providing seamless and app-based resident and visitor management.
CCTV System: 11 Hanwha IP cameras were strategically deployed, offering residents remote viewing capabilities via a dedicated app, with on-premise recording for robust data storage and retrieval.
Integrated Safety Features: We incorporated specialized connections for private outdoor fireplaces in select residences, including an overwrite shutoff mechanism. Additionally, an emergency shutoff button was installed within apartments, enhancing resident control and safety protocols for these luxury features.
