– Salto access control system deployed across 20 card readers covering all common area doors and amenity spaces
– 78 Salto Mortise smart locks installed on individual residence doors for seamless, keyless entry
– Rack-mounted PC workstation configured for building staff to manage and monitor access across the entire property
CCTV
– 35 dome cameras and 5 IP turret cameras providing comprehensive surveillance coverage across all floors, common areas, and entry points
Alarm System
– Central security control panel with 51 door contacts providing building-wide intrusion detection and perimeter monitoring
