SCOPE OF WORK
Vertex Security engineered a seamless and intelligent security infrastructure for The Smile, integrating smart access, intercom, and surveillance systems across the entire building. Our detailed scope of work included the following key components:
- Latch Access Control System: A comprehensive Latch access control system was implemented across 14 doors and for all 233 apartments, each featuring smart locks. Residents can control elevator access directly through the Latch platform for enhanced security and convenience.
- Comelit Intercom System: A Comelit intercom system was installed, also integrated with elevator controls, allowing the doorman to manage elevator access. Additionally, two side intercoms were placed at secondary entrances.
- CCTV Surveillance: A robust Hikvision CCTV system comprising 64 dome cameras was deployed throughout the building, including 2 dedicated cameras within the elevators to ensure comprehensive visual security.
