SCOPE OF WORK
Vertex Security delivered an advanced, app-centric security and access system for Athena LIC, prioritizing seamless smart home integration and resident convenience. Our detailed scope of work included the following key components:
- Apartment Smart Locks: A full Latch system was installed, providing each of the 51 condos with a smart Latch door lock for keyless and remote access.
- Apartment Intercoms: Each of the 51 apartments received an audio-only intercom unit, serving as a secondary backup communication device to the primary app-based system.
- Main Entry Intercoms: Two front panel intercoms were installed, each equipped with full CCTV capabilities and card reader functions, providing robust and intelligent entry management.
- Common Area & Amenity Access: Latch smart access was extended to 15 public doors, covering all common and amenity spaces, integrating seamlessly into the building’s smart access ecosystem.
