SCOPE OF WORK
Vertex Security implemented a cutting-edge, integrated security solution for 88E 127th St, prioritizing extensive coverage and seamless resident experience. Our detailed scope of work included the following key components:
- CCTV System: A robust Hanwha Wave CCTV system was deployed, featuring a total of 156 cameras. This includes 17 outdoor cameras for perimeter surveillance, cameras within all 3 elevators, and 137 indoor cameras, with specific units designated to monitor the integrated retail areas.
- Access Control: Security was managed across 32 doors, ensuring controlled entry throughout the residential and retail sections of the building.
- Intercom & Virtual Doorman: A Comelit intercom system was integrated with a virtual doorman service, providing residents with convenient communication and secure visitor management.
- Elevator Access Control: Dedicated access control was installed within the elevators, restricting floor access only to authorized individuals, enhancing resident privacy and security within the 21-story building.
