SCOPE OF WORK
Vertex Security designed and implemented a comprehensive, integrated security and access solution for Linea, centralizing control and connectivity throughout the building. Our detailed scope of work included the following key components:
- Salto Access Control System: A complete Salto access control system was installed, featuring:
- Salto AElement locks for all 35 apartments, providing advanced keyless access.
- 5 Salto access control points for back-of-house doors.
- Coverage for the 2 main front and side entrance doors.
- Full access control integration with 2 elevators, ensuring secure floor access for residents.
- ButterflyMX Intercom System: Two 8-inch ButterflyMX panels were installed, providing residents with a sophisticated app-based video intercom and visitor management solution.
- Ubiquiti WiFi Network: A robust Ubiquiti WiFi network was deployed with 6 indoor and outdoor access points, ensuring comprehensive high-speed internet coverage throughout the premises.
- CCTV Surveillance: An extensive CCTV system comprising 27 Dome IP cameras was installed, including 25 indoor and outdoor units, along with 2 dedicated cameras within the elevators for enhanced security.
- Custom Side Entrance Lock: A custom lock installation was performed at the side entrance, combining bespoke physical security with the integrated access control system.
