SCOPE OF WORK
Vertex Security implemented a meticulously designed, enterprise-level security platform for the New York Red Bulls Performance Center, integrating cutting-edge technology for comprehensive control and surveillance across its vast campus. Our detailed scope of work included the following key components:
- Enterprise Security Platform: A robust Genetec enterprise-level system was deployed, serving as the central hub for all integrated security operations.
- CCTV System: An extensive network of 131 Axis cameras was installed, comprising a variety of indoor and outdoor multi-variety, panoramic, multi-sensor, and PTZ cameras. This system provides comprehensive remote viewing capabilities from a centralized command center.
- Access Control: The Genetec system manages access control for 96 doors across the facility. This system supports both traditional key fobs and modern mobile credentials, utilizing HID readers for secure entry.
- Intercom System: Three Axis intercoms were integrated seamlessly into the Genetec platform, providing critical communication points within the facility.
- Fiber Network Infrastructure: A high-performance fiber network was installed, connecting 24 diverse locations including 8 indoor closets, 5 buildings, 5 IT rooms, and 5 underground pathways, all routing through one central location. Additionally, 15 custom-made outdoor IT rack closets were deployed across the expansive training compound to support the network.
- Data Cabling & IT Infrastructure: A total of 2,000 data points were meticulously installed and confirmed with Fluke testing. Vertex also built out and equipped IT racks and IT rooms for 8 specific locations within the campus, ensuring a resilient and high-capacity data backbone.
