SCOPE OF WORK
For Trylon Tower, Vertex Security implemented a comprehensive suite of integrated systems designed for modern residential living and robust security. Our detailed scope of work included the following key components:
Connectivity: A robust Ubiquiti Wi-Fi network was installed, featuring 25 indoor/outdoor access points to ensure ubiquitous coverage throughout the property.
Wireless Apartment Locks: Salto KS wireless locks provide secure and convenient access for all 196 apartments, with integrated online communication for enhanced management.
Intercom System: A Butterfly MX app-based intercom system was deployed, offering residents convenient remote access control and visitor management directly from their smartphones.
Cloud-Based CCTV: An Eagle Eye cloud-based CCTV system with 96 cameras provides extensive surveillance, offering secure remote monitoring and cloud storage capabilities.
Wired Access Control: Salto KS wired access control was integrated for 30 key common area doors, utilizing the same intuitive interface as the wireless apartment locks for a unified security experience.
Audiovisual Integration: Comprehensive AV solutions were installed, including TV and sound systems, in both the amenity areas and the main front lobby to enhance resident experience.
