Designed by acclaimed firm Morris Adjmi Architects, the building offers five full-floor three- and four-bedroom residences each exceeding 3,000 sq. ft., with private elevator access, soaring ceilings, and bespoke Smallbone of Devizes kitchens — a refined modern expression of one of Manhattan’s most storied neighborhoods.

SCOPE OF WORK

Vertex Security installed a discreet wireless alarm system tailored to the intimate scale and premium positioning of this boutique Village condominium.

Alarm System
– Central security control panel with large cabinet configuration, providing building-wide intrusion detection management
– LCD keypad with built-in PowerG transceiver for intuitive, wireless system control
– 3 wireless indoor door and window contacts for perimeter intrusion detection
– PowerG indoor siren for immediate on-site alert response
