The Challenge

The building required controlled entry points, floor-by-floor elevator security, complete camera coverage across public and service zones, and clear audio integration for announcements and resident amenities.

The Solution & Scope of Work

Vertex Security built and installed a unified security, access, and communications system across all 28 floors:

• Comelit VIP Video IP Intercom: Installed Comelit video entry panels at the main and service entrances, giving 24/7 front desk staff and residents clear video verification for visitor entry and deliveries.

• Brivo Cloud Access Control & Elevator Security: Secured 55 entry, service, and amenity doors using Brivo cloud access control and HID card readers. Integrated 5 building elevators for secure, floor-specific credential access and connected 8 monitored alarm doors for perimeter protection.

• 283-Camera Hanwha IP Surveillance System: Installed a 283-camera Hanwha IP video network providing full coverage across indoor corridors, building entrances, common amenities, and outdoor perimeters.

• Building-Wide IP Audio & Amenity Sound: Mounted 16 in-ceiling speakers throughout shared amenity spaces and installed Hanwha 2-way IP audio speakers across key indoor and outdoor areas for real-time announcements.
