Intercom
– Comelit VIP Video IP intercom system installed at the main entrance and service entrance, providing residents with clear video communication and secure visitor verification
Access Control
– Brivo cloud-based access control system deployed across 55 doors and 5 elevators, with HID card readers and 8 alarm doors for enhanced perimeter security
CCTV
– 283-camera Hanwha IP surveillance system providing comprehensive indoor and outdoor coverage across all floors, common areas, and building entrances
Audio / Visual
– Hanwha 2-way audio IP speakers installed at outdoor and indoor locations for real-time communication and announcements
– 16 in-ceiling speakers integrated throughout amenity and common areas for building-wide audio coverage
