– Comelit VIP audio/video intercom system serving 16 apartments with 7″ in-unit panels, a concierge front entrance panel, and full elevator integration for seamless visitor management throughout the building
Access Control
– Keyscan access control system deployed across all 16 apartment doors and elevator access points, providing secure credential-based entry for residents
– Additional Keyscan access control covering all amenity spaces throughout the building
CCTV
– 22-camera Hikvision IP surveillance system with 2 dedicated elevator cameras providing comprehensive coverage across all common areas, entry points, and vertical circulation
WiFi
– 4 Ubiquiti access points delivering reliable wireless connectivity throughout the building’s common areas and amenity spaces
