Access Control
– 20 Keyscan slim card readers deployed across all common area entry points and amenity spaces throughout the building
– 2 magnetic locks and 2 Bosch request-to-exit motion sensors installed for enhanced perimeter access management
CCTV
– IP surveillance system with dual recording devices providing 20TB of total storage capacity for extended footage retention
– 35 IP dome and turret cameras delivering comprehensive coverage across all floors, lobbies, and common areas
– 2 dedicated elevator cameras ensuring full in-cab visibility across all floors
