Intercom
– 2N IP video intercom with HD camera installed at the front door and package room, providing residents with clear video communication and secure visitor and delivery management
Access Control
– 49 Latch readers deployed across all common area entry points, stairwells, and amenity spaces throughout the building
– 104 Latch Mortise smart locks installed on individual apartment doors, giving residents fully keyless, app-based access to their homes
CCTV
– OpenEye IP surveillance system with a dedicated 24TB server for extended footage retention
– 23 dome cameras providing comprehensive coverage across all common areas and entry points
– 2 elevator corner-mount cameras ensuring full in-cab visibility across all floors
