Vertex Security designed and installed a fully integrated security solution across this mixed-use Long Island property, with dedicated systems tailored separately for the commercial and residential portions of the building.
Intercom
– Aiphone video intercom with stainless steel panel and 7″ LCD video monitor installed at the commercial entrance for professional-grade visitor management
– Comelit VIP video intercom system serving all 10 residential apartments, with a front unit featuring 10 buttons and individual 7″ audio/video units in each apartment, complemented by full mobile app access
Access Control
– Latch cloud-based access control system deployed across 2 building entrances and all 10 apartment doors
– 3 Latch R smart card readers with built-in cameras and touchscreen keypads controlling access at the commercial entrance, residential entrance, and package room
– 10 Latch M smart mortise locks with built-in card readers and keypads installed on all apartment doors for fully keyless resident entry
CCTV
– 21 IP dome cameras providing comprehensive coverage across all common areas, entrances, and building perimeters
– 12TB NVR ensuring extended footage retention for the full camera system
