Alvista Towers is a striking 25-story residential building completed in 2018 in Jamaica, Queens, that has become a defining landmark on the neighborhood’s skyline. With an ultra-modern architectural silhouette and extraordinary views, the building offers studio to two-bedroom residences paired with a full suite of luxury amenities.

SCOPE OF WORK

Vertex Security implemented a large-scale, fully integrated security infrastructure across this prominent Queens high-rise, built to meet the demands of a 544-unit residential community.

Intercom
– Comelit VIP video intercom system serving all 544 apartments, with mobile app licenses allowing residents to manage visitor access remotely from anywhere

Access Control
– Openpath access control system deployed across 70 card readers and 2 dedicated elevator access control points, providing seamless and secure credential-based entry throughout the building

CCTV
– OpenEye IP surveillance system with a dedicated 80TB video server for extended footage retention
– 218 IP dome cameras with day/night vision covering all indoor and outdoor common areas
– 6 elevator corner-mount cameras ensuring full in-cab visibility across all floors
