SCOPE OF WORK
Vertex Security designed and implemented a streamlined, smart security solution for BLVD, focusing on integrated access control and robust surveillance. Our detailed scope of work included the following key components:
– Apartment Smart Locks: Latch smart locks were installed on all 74 apartment doors, providing residents with keyless entry and remote access management via their smartphones.
– Latch Intercom System: A comprehensive Latch intercom system was integrated throughout the building, offering residents and visitors seamless communication and controlled entry.
– Common Area Access Control: Brivo Cloud access control was deployed for 9 common area doors, providing secure and flexible management of shared spaces within the condominium.
– CCTV Surveillance: A system of 16 IP CCTV cameras was strategically placed to monitor common areas, ensuring comprehensive visual security and recording.
