The Elliott Chelsea building located on 9th Ave and 25th Street is a 22-story mixed use building that will contain 168 dwelling units, approximately 7,000 square feet of commercial space on the first floor.

SCOPE OF WORK

Vertex Security worked on this project from construction stage doing all low-voltage wiring infrastructure. Vertex installed AIPHONE video intercom system with key fob entry system for 10 doors, car elevator for parking garage and a complete CCTV system.
