Vertex Security implemented a large-scale access control infrastructure across this high-occupancy Midtown student housing tower, delivering secure, credential-based entry management at every level of the building.
Access Control
– 830 Dormakaba mortise locks installed across all residential room and apartment doors throughout the building
– Dormakaba elevator access control providing secure floor-by-floor entry management
– 4-lane turnstile system installed at the building lobby for controlled, high-volume pedestrian access
– On-site Dormakaba system setup and staff training completed to ensure smooth day-to-day operation from day one
