Found Study Turtle Bay is a 34-story student and intern housing building at 525 Lexington Avenue in Midtown Manhattan, offering fully furnished private and shared units in the heart of the Turtle Bay neighborhood. Originally built in 1923, the building provides off-campus housing with communal amenities including 24-hour security, high-speed internet, and on-site laundry for students and young professionals seeking a turnkey living experience in New York City.

SCOPE OF WORK

Vertex Security implemented a large-scale access control infrastructure across this high-occupancy Midtown student housing tower, delivering secure, credential-based entry management throughout the building.

Access Control
– 655 Dormakaba mortise locks installed across all residential room and apartment doors throughout the building
– 4-lane turnstile system installed at the building lobby for controlled, high-volume pedestrian access
– On-site Dormakaba system setup and staff training completed to ensure smooth day-to-day operation from day one
