Vertex Security delivered a fully integrated security and building technology infrastructure for this architecturally distinguished new development, covering access control, surveillance, intercom, and building-wide connectivity.
Intercom
– Comelit intercom system serving all 23 apartments with a front entrance panel, concierge station, and integration with 2 elevators for seamless visitor management throughout the building
Access Control
– Suprema access control system deployed across 8 wired doors and 2 elevators with card readers, configured as a local system for enhanced on-site security and privacy
CCTV
– 18-camera Hanwha IP surveillance system covering all common areas and entry points
– 3 dedicated Hanwha elevator cameras ensuring full in-cab visibility across all floors
Additional Systems
– Pre-wiring for automatic door operators across 8 trash rooms for future operational convenience
– 7 TP-Link indoor/outdoor WiFi access points providing building-wide wireless connectivity throughout common areas
