The Dupont is a striking 41-story residential tower completed in 2024 in Greenpoint, Brooklyn, offering studio to three-bedroom residences with ceiling heights up to 9’8″, genuine hardwood oak flooring, and sweeping views of the East River and Manhattan skyline. Designed by award-winning Brooklyn-based interior design team Workstead, the building features over 20,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenities including a rooftop pool, spa, fitness center, and 24/7 attended lobby.

SCOPE OF WORK

Vertex Security implemented a building-wide smart access control solution across this large-scale Greenpoint residential tower, delivering seamless keyless entry for residents at every apartment door.

Access Control
– 381 Latch M smart mortise locks with built-in card readers and keypads installed across all apartment doors, providing residents with fully keyless, app-based, and credential-based entry throughout the building
