Vertex Security delivered a comprehensive, multi-system security and building technology installation for this boutique Brooklyn condominium, covering everything from apartment-level access control to building-wide audio-visual and connectivity infrastructure.
Intercom
– ButterflyMX IP video intercom with 8″ panels installed at both the front and service entrances, providing residents with mobile-based visitor management and video verification
Access Control
– 30 Salto card readers paired with 30 Salto Mortise smart locks on all individual apartment doors
– 16 additional Salto card readers controlling access across all common area doors throughout the building
CCTV
– 15 Hanwha indoor dome cameras and 11 outdoor dome cameras providing building-wide surveillance coverage
– 1 dedicated elevator camera ensuring full in-cab visibility
Audio / Visual
– 10 Yamaha in-ceiling speakers, 3 Samsung smart TVs, and a WiFi audio music streamer providing a fully integrated AV experience across all common areas
WiFi
– Ubiquiti WiFi system with 15 access points delivering seamless wireless coverage throughout the building
Additional Systems
– 24/7 monitored flood and electrical water detection sensors installed for continuous protection against water damage
